Complaints procedure
In case you feel that you have been mis-treated or discontent with the service that you received, you can submit a complaint. I do hope we'll have the chance to discuss openly and resolve the problem directly together. But, in compliance with the Quality, Complaints and Dispute Care Act (Wkkgz), it is also possible to involve a trusted person to handle your complaint.
Being a registered member of NFG (OTR registration number 10004), the complaints can be handled centrally via the NFG collective scheme. For more information you can visit this website.
