Complaints procedure
In case you feel that you have been mis-treated or discontent with the service that you received, you can submit a complaint. I do hope we'll have the chance to discuss openly and resolve the problem directly together. But it is also possible to involve a trusted person to handle your complaint.
Being a registered member of NFG (OTR registration number 10004), the complaints can be handled centrally via the NFG collective scheme. For more information you can visit this website.
